Without Coach Jacob there would be no strong me, mentally, emotionally and physically. From our first interaction, Jacob has demonstrated what I looked for in a coach. I did not hesitate to say yes to sign up on the first day and now marking a year with him, I can say that I have changed in so many ways that my strength now speaks volumes (hah see what I did there). Jacob is wise, well spoken, caring and considerate of our lives outside the gym. He makes sure to work around your schedule and what best fits your needs. I am a fast learner when I get shown how to perform the task, and Jacob teaches you with patience, observation and attention to detail on what needs to be fixed or changed. I’m proud of the lifter I’ve become and how much I’ve achieved in such a short period of time. Being part of Iron Sovereignty means no matter where you stand, there’s always room for growth and support. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and a humble coach.
